The spiteful articles 9 created and the financial and travel controls the TV executives put in place over these citizens are still causing chaos, hardship and danger every day, 6 years later. We want them gone.
This is a story of a hard working band that gets up on their feet, then 9 takes a brutal and often illegal action to knock them down. Repeat.
David got up on his feet to earn money to live from his training in music at university, only for 9 to slam him back down even harder into hardship – over 30 times. This was never about reporting news.
These two are superheroes of music.
Here is the history and our request to the public:
For decades in the leadup to his 2015 breakthrough, from the age of 6, David went to piano lessons, guitar lessons, practised 4 hours a day and more on weekends, played in bands, booked his own gigs, wrote music, taught music, gave delivery classes, hired other tutors, write a curriculum for them to teach by and coached them to inspire others to excel in their performance of music.
He attained a bachelor’s degree in music, went on tours, performed live hundreds of times
and from the sound engineering portion of his university degree, penned and recorded over 20 albums of breathtaking music in a studio he built himself and playing every instrument himself.
It was now time to take his unique sound and incredible talent, decades in the making, out on the road and he had already learned the grind touring interstate four times with different bands, most notably his band Bow and Arrow which won a best alternative album at the Sunnie Music Awards which included a live performance to over 500 music industry members and performing on national TV
and a tour for the billboard top 20 and ARIA nominated Chaise under Warner records and he himself as an artist attending the ARIA awards red carpet as a representative for his own record label after that. He is a career musician.
1 😊🏝️🎸 March 2015 • David starts doing larger monthly instead of smaller weekly events using his decades of experience in the music industry and the great albums he created.
In a similar fashion to the way alternative rock legends Rage Against the Machine started performing in their own lounge room to begin building their fan base (Or Steve Jobs starting Apple in his garage) now he had the music, David then began regular lounge events to build momentum for his albums with paying attendees every week at his apartment, then in March 2015 stepped up his game to regular monthly concerts booked at the Marriott on the Gold Coast through bar supervisor Alex Hamilton to commence from April 7th. It was a hard earned independent music career breakthrough in the making from 10s to 100s at each show and beyond.
💀 March 2015 • Channel 9 attacks and says he ‘never plays at his concerts’ and ‘never intends put them on or play at them’.
This is the turn no other musician in history, as far as we know it, has ever faced. A journalist from channel 9 then made a series of alarming fake article-style Facebook posts claiming David never intends to play at any of his events so don’t promote for him or buy his tickets, a clear and direct attack with wild and criminal falsehoods, even though he has never missed a gig in his career and regularly gets up and performs for free to promote his albums and build his fanbase because he just loves playing music. Her post was some serious and intentional BS.
Her post ended with ‘and if you hear about him putting on any events, contact police.’
She also posted a photo of her hand holding one of David’s concert tickets in front of a local police station, even though there was nothing to report and she knew it. She later claimed under oath that she didn’t work for the media, then later in questioning admits she did work for the media, she was just trying to cover herself in what she was doing. Patricia Higgins admitted that under oath.
Patricia directly messaged every member of David’s March 2015 support team to propose her defamatory facebook post and discourage them so no tickets were sold to the monthly events or larger events they were leading towards and to make David become unable to even casually visit the location as a patron because of the cruel and baseless yet very forceful criminal accusations she was making. She caused harm intentionally, took the joy of his events, the money he would have made from performing and his safe access to a place he liked to visit as a private citizen.
It was a decent sized venue and 20 supporters selling 10 tickets a day was a lot of dough to be caused to lose by the distrust campaign she engineered. 20 promoters x 10 sales a day x 180 day project x $79 ticket price = $2,844,000. That’s enough capital to fund a video clip and a 24 show US tour for the ‘David Otto’ and ‘Orange Hibiscus’ albums.
He had a great product. Flexible 500-2200 capacity barely used space at no cost. Promo team on commission. Promo team members doubling as support act each month. The bar just wanted to be able to keep all money from drink sales and food orders if we brought in the people. Great deal. Standard deal. Continuation of the smaller weekly events at the apartment across the road that hosted 6-10 guests x $35 entry a week that were happening already.
These monthly events were to prove the quality of the concept and David’s music from his albums to a wider audience and build a significant fanbase for even larger events in October but the whole thing got destroyed by the rabid journalist’s relentless claims of criminality online. It was an act. It was a strategy. She knew she was lying and causing tortious income damage every time she clicked ‘post’.
2 😊🏝️🎸 June 2015 • Got back up on his feet teaching guitar classes and bought a private island.
By June David got back to basics teaching music and booked the Southport community hall to build a fanbase through regular weekly classes and monthly concerts. He mostly avoided relying on helpers this time as they were used as a weapon against him for the monthly events at the Marriott and as a result, hard work and focus paid off and even with the limited reach of doing all the promo himself, he was able to fund his lifelong dream. The purchase of a private island. (Above)
He went through the usual steps, found a property, contacted the vendor, made a formal written offer, the vendor finance offer was accepted, contracts were signed by David and the vendors and payments accepted. Now back to work even harder and get the property paid off. Free first classes to impress and getting everyone great at guitar. With that business model, he was the one taking the chance on the public, not the other way round.
Patricia was still stalking and bad-mouthing him online, shifting focus and claiming now that the lessons would never be put on, after over 3,500 had been rendered by him since he was 17. Now it was clear it was a financial hatchet campaign and nothing to do with even a mistaken motive to help the public. She was out to stop him making money and that was her only real objective.
You didn’t have to be a genius to work that out her private message to him in March 2015: “don’t make this any worse for yourself” made it very clear what she was doing.
He had something very precious to protect, his albums, his guitar students and his island contract so he stood up to her and said if you don’t stop contacting my customers and lying I’m going to rightfully sue you for defamation.
Clearly Facebook slander wasn’t enough for this guy, his offering is too solid and valuable to people, she had to up the ante. So Patricia hauled in backup.
💀 July 7 2015 • 9 appears at his guitar teaching studio to scare away his guitar students.
9 was stalking his every move and suddenly appears with cameras at his studio on lesson day to ‘shoo’ away his students who had been learning happily for weeks. Patricia had arranged it. You don’t need this sort of sh*t when you’re building up a business to pay off your property. Patricia boasted on Facebook as if she was only a citizen that had incited 9 to do the story, but she was with them all along. On the Sunday following, the camera team loitered outside his house and filmed him on his balcony and during the article disclosed his address to the public who began death threats. 9 staff beat on his front door shouting ‘police’ to impersonate police when they were only standing there with cameras and no law enforcement present, nor any need for there to be. The door stayed shut. They try to stage criminality around a person they’re cutting off the income of.
3 😊🏝️🎸 July 8-24 2015 • Got up on his feet and back to business teaching guitar.
After the ambush, David repairs things with some students and continues to promote to book new ones for the next 2 weeks. It was the calm before the hurricane of lies.
💀 July 24, 2015 • 9 edits and airs ‘ticket con’ article to millions of viewers including all his remaining clients, filming him at his classes yet saying he never turns up to his classes. Not because it makes sense or even sounds true, just to scare people and cut off his income.
Now even those on contract drop away and the community hall bookings manager locks him out of the lesson room the next week even though he’s prepaid the rent on the room.
This article led to death threats through social media – and the article came with a detailed description and video footage of where he lived. This was really dangerous. Their behaviour was simply of the mind that ‘fine, if you don’t like having your events ruined, we’ll open the path to have you killed in a way we can’t be directly linked to.’
The very next business day David filed a defamation suit in the Supreme Court. You can’t call someone a criminal on national TV who has no record, it’s in the defamation laws. Patricia posted that the court documents were ‘fakes’ even though you could check the file number on the claim with the court proving that they were extremely real. She just didn’t want people reading them. It seems everything of his they call a fake has substance and significant value, they just desperately don’t want it to.
David continued booking and performing shows, but venue managers slowly started to cancel after seeing the articles. They upload the video then sit there all day using social media to send the link to all the important people in your life. So what does the article say?
The July 2015 article basically asserts ‘don’t buy tickets to his events because, just like his classes we filmed while they were happening at the function room, the concert will never be put on’ it’s the video version of Patricia’s malicious Facebook post – even though he has performed at over 500 live music functions since the age of 12. They showed footage from one of his video clips with the catchy music removed and images of him playing and singing edited out – because it would show that he himself is the performing artist for the events.
They then gave a very clear instruction to viewers “…and if you hear about him trying to put on a concert, contact police.” – so that if he tries to put on a concert to play the beautiful music from his albums, it will cause police to get involved. That was 9’s primary strategy against his career to cut away supports, fans, band members, venue managers and replace his performance time with instead being handled by police over false reports and constantly appearing in court over them to clear them away. “And if having you killed doesn’t work, we’ll have you arrested” they thought. A total of 11 false cases were brought to court, each one completely made up and all 11 have been cleared as fakes. Some seemed like they were directly encouraged along and orchestrated by staff or lawyers for 9, but they were all orchestrated by 9. The article instructs people to contact police when there isn’t a reason to, so they just make something up. Both band members have no criminal record, nor should they. This havoc, this ghastly unsubstantiated ‘referral to police’ is one of the central reasons why the articles must be taken down.
It’s childish and it’s dangerous. Not just for the band but for the poor people who make the false reports in reaction to 9’s reckless instruction. Four different people are now under investigation for why they signed off on a false police report and for lying under oath about the subject in the articles they saw. The articles are immature, idiotic, irresponsible and a danger to the general community.
Each of the 12 fake articles falsely alleges crimes and/or directs people to make a police report. Protect your family and sign our petition to have them cleared off the internet and out of existence. What Patricia and 9 are doing is actually a crime:
Your son, daughter, husband or wife going to trial for the crime of lying to police or to a judge under oath is some pretty serious harm. Protect your family by getting these unwise ‘call police’ articles off the internet.

Here’s how the dust settled.. What happened over the next few years will shock you and likely cause you to avoid their programs for good because you’ll come to realise that all along their programs are like a horror movie you don’t want, that they hope comes to life in your home when it otherwise wouldn’t, so that they can use you for another ‘story’. They do it to thousands of people a year and cause grandparents to be murdered and people go to prison because they were loyal to 9’s show instead of the truth. We should all be fighting against a hideous unnecessary process in society like that and you know that at The End of Liars we only say it if we have proof.
4 😊🏝️🎸 August 2015 • The island contract was still in play, so it made sense to just use fresh branding and promote stays and monthly music performances at that location and use the appealing asset he was already paying for to help build his music following. Perfect.
On the merits of basic photos that were posted of the island, people wanted to pay to go and see beautiful music performed on a private island. That sounds appealing to just about everyone. Fans simply wanted footage of people from the project at the island to show it off and prove it out. Easy done. The band headed up to the property with two helpers designated to help video document the trip, post the videos and callback the people who were waiting to see them and bring ok them to come up. Not hard work. When they got there, the main task was to take some videos of themselves in the same parts of the island that we had already posted still photos of and verbally inviting people up during these proof videos, post them, then call people who had sent their number to the Facebook page enquiring to visit the very same place where they were already sitting while they made the phone call – then confirm the payment and travel information they needed for those new people to visit the following weekend. Simple really.
The two helpers had a great time on the way up. It was the trip of a lifetime for all of us and it looked like it in the phone footage of everyone dancing in the car on the way up wearing Hawaiian leis travelling in a flashy red SUV hired from Thrifty car rental. Patricia stalked and wrote online that the group went up in an old van. It was getting pathetic. She hated that we didn’t give a sh*t what the media said. And so did the media. So up they turn..
💀 September 2015 • 9 sends the ‘contact police’ article to the helpers who went to the island and they quit helping, start sabotaging, loaf around, delete all the videos of them having a great time with the band and snuggle up to the island vendor so they can go back privately for free.
The helpers were there to help get videos of the place and call the people who had enquired to book and come up. One hour a day in the office would do it. Get a room on a private island. The island and the music sells itself. Pretty easy job. You were already sitting on the island you were calling them to come up to while you called.
Only channel 9 had a problem with accepting that somebody is actually sitting where they’re sitting.
9 waits til the trip is in motion. The Facebook page promoting the island was being stalked by them for comments about how exciting the trip was and who was on it and right after we arrived on the island, a link to the ‘contact police’ July 2015 article was sent to participants helping on the trip, to sabotage it. None of the agreed work was done. The two girls illegally deleted all the footage of the trip.
Everything contentious in the 9 article was a fake and with no promo video as promised, it dried up our customer base and purposely suffocated our source of income to pay off the island.
We got nothing for all that work and financial outlay because 9 used their broadcast power to haunt their target and cut off that same person’s livelihood again and again. That was the 3rd time in 6 months they did exactly that with their articles. And they were about to do it again.
Even though it’s naturally absurd to be sitting on an island while being told it doesn’t exist, what is real is not wanting to be associated with the target even if you’re smart enough to work out that the article doesn’t add up. This made them decide to delete the promo footage which was evidence they were only enjoying themselves on a trip David paid $4000 to organize.
It was illegal for the two staff to delete the videos he commissioned and they then bad mouthed him online even though they were having a great time before they were shown the article. Keep an eye on that pattern.
There is also a civil implication for the loss of income their breach of agreement to promote and destruction of promotions footage caused. The brainwashed viewer feels like 9 will make that liability go away for them, will somehow exonerate and protect them when they are finally litigated on their own for their part in sabotaging a person’s life and livelihood. 9 won’t protect you.
6 years later these articles are still up, and more added to them, causing danger and problems every day that we don’t need. But those articles are starting to cause very real probably blend for the people that see them just in their own private lives. Very serious legal problems because if their unruly behaviour after seeing them. These are not your normal ACA articles. Something unusually dark went on here with the show with everything they were also doing in the background to the people and the public is starting to figure that out and raise the alarm.
Incidentally, even though 9 lied and said the pictures of the island exactly as it was ‘misled’ people somehow (They just wanted it to, but it didn’t) the reality was, participants loved the island exactly as it was. It was better than any pictures. The smells, the sunsets, the clear blue sky, the feel of the white driftwood and the fluffy squeaky white sand under your feet. And it was his. After using the fake article to justify cutting David out of the deal after introducing them to the place out of his own pocket, the helpers went back to enjoy the island with the vendor a month later, the vendor kept the island and took all the money David paid to him.
Not having the footage that was needed to process payments for the fans that were booked to come up the next weekend meant the contract fell short and even though David had over 100 people lined up to pay $200 to visit spread over the coming weekends to this huge 22 acre space and over 20 of them had already given credit card imprints to hold their spot to be billed after they saw the final edit of the video the girls deleted, none if it could proceed. Everybody had been promised a video of everyday people having fun at the island and the girls deleted that footage and hideaway going on day trips around the island with the vendor, crashing the car David had paid for. It was so illegal for them to delete the footage then go off and wreck his car like that.
In an age of social media, with this video proof gone and the articles causing clear and present wild behaviour, naturally David couldn’t bill any of them to meet the next installment on the contract and he was kicked off the island he had contracted and moved to, while one of the band’s pets was still there. That pet died and David’s drummer was furious about her pet being killed and the footage being deleted by one of the girls that was needed to process payments to keep the island. After they all got back to the mainland this girl then teased her about it asking repeatedly ‘So where’s your cat?’ ‘So where’s your cat?’
She knew that the cat was back on the island about to die of thirst and starvation. The vendor didn’t care, in the chaos, he got his island back and some free cash. Even if he had to kill an animal to do that.
The video deleting kitten killer’s name is Monique Thompson, she went on to collect money from 9 to lie in another article and lie under oath for Channel 9 in Sydney. This is the kind of behaviour 9 fosters in young women. But bad things have started happening to these girls. It’s like they curse themselves when they watch 9’s articles.
Just those 100 fans he got in the previous month paying $200 proved $20,000 a month in income that 9 had cut off. Not having the footage of the group having a great time in the same place as the property photos everyone in the database had been shown made it look like there was never an island to begin with even though we had that evidence but Monique destroyed it to help disassociate herself after seeing the ‘contact police’ article. When later asked where the footage of the trip was under oath she simply said it was ‘gone’. The other girl, Maha, refused to come to court because her story would have implicated 9 in the loss of the asset and the death of the pet.
Maha came from a better family, had a firmer more honest character and as a result, never appeared in any articles or in court for 9.
To avoid intentional offences against section 17 of the Animal Care and Protection Act (2 years in prison) Bill Collyer, Monique Thompson and Maha should have stayed until the animal was found or at least Bill see the other 2 off while the band stayed to look for Malexa. That’s what was reasonably requested but denied. Bill just didn’t want to lose the high ground. We could have stayed, quickly brought others up and paid the next installment, no he had to threaten removal by force just in case.
The pets were there because the island had been purchased as a new home base for the band and they were moving there to play and promote their music. They had the legal interest in the property and any missing payments were a valid legal dispute for compensation because of the part Bill actively played in that loss of income, so the band retained that legal interest until the matter could be resolved by a court.
The band should never have been threatened into being removed by police from a property they had a live contract to and an actionable civil case against Bill for breaching an implied term of the agreement – don’t lie to the purchaser’s staff and show them fake material to cut off his income. There is evidence Bill, the island vendor also showed the articles to the two participants to keep the island he didn’t want to sell – because he was getting a free ride, but the other vendors wanted to sell because they never had time to go there. Bill’s wife was stuck at home in Brisbane dying of cancer while Bill was sitting up at the island fishing for 6 months at a time, shooing away purchasers. You’ve never met a bigger POS.
Bill’s biggest problem is that he gave oral evidence to the court in Sydney under oath that he never saw or knew about the 9 articles until after the trip ended in later September, but there is at the same time opposite and conflicting evidence, hidden from the court by david’s lawyer in concert with 9’s barrister, that Bill was emailed about the articles and actually responded to the email on September 4th 2015, before the trip began and said that he ‘wasn’t affected’ by them. He was affected by them and discussed them with the girls on the way over. That’s why he insisted on taking the 2 girls over on their own in the boat first. To create an opportunity to use the articles to sabotage their otherwise enthusiastic work ethic.
9 also has to desperately make it look like people had never seen the article until after each ‘blowout’ that only occurred because of the article. That’s what they were designed to do. 9’s problem is we now have hundreds of hours of footage showing various band members, clients and others having a great time for days to weeks, then turning on the band within hours of seeing the articles every time. That’s the only consistent catalyst of the breakdown on each timeline.
It’s that bad for 9 that the pattern is often as distinct as:
• person comes to band practise 3 times over 3 weeks then
• while they’re away, after hundreds of similarly upbeat texts “I had so much fun again at practise today can’t wait to see you guys next week xx via text after they’ve left then
• hey what are these articles – I’m never working with you guys ever again, sorry. Block. Friend who was previously supportive ‘if you contact her again you know I’ve got guns. More income lost. More danger endured. Because of the sudden affect these articles have on people’s brains.
It’s always after the article though, 9 just desperately doesn’t want the truth of that out in the open because of the legal hot water that then rightfully puts them in. This is the information age where everyone’s a broadcaster and someone’s cat video can get more views than 9’s entire YouTube account. What did they think was gonna happen? It’s not the 1970’s anymore.
The judge did report that she was ‘concerned’ about all the extra evidence that was floating around that might make it too difficult to explain why she gave judgement to channel 9 in the defamation case, but we’ll get to that. There’s a lot. Anyhow back to David’s private island deal and basic livelihood channel 9 was actively sabotaging in 2015..
So then while those 3 freeloaders, Bill, Monique and Maha lived off the remains of months of work organizing the island access David was then denied and while they basked in the sunshine he paid for, 9 was now doing this to David.
5 😊🏝️🎸 October 2015 • Band gets up on its feet after the island project is taken by 9 and just uses a local island to organize monthly island-hopping performances to build a fan base in the same style.
After the island and all the money and time they put into it got taken because of everyday people suddenly acting criminally without care or reprimand after seeing the fake articles, the band undeterred, developed ‘island hopping’ to publicize their music. It was the same idea of a monthly island music event to build a following for David’s music, just rent sections as you use it and use the beach for the music. They were even careful to advise the new participants that some helpers pretty consistently drop off due to defamation but the next trip in October to build a promo video for the November sequence was certainly going ahead, regardless of media attacks on the support crew. They had no lawful right to be doing what they were doing and a defamation suit was coming soon that would be inundated with evidence that channel 9s claims were intentionally false and they knew it.
While it was tough to take responsibility for someone else’s sabotage of him, David still ponied up and did the right thing by advising the only remaining participant of 10, Shayla, via text, that everyone else had, even though they were bright and enthusiastic when it was just David and his music, only after seeing the ‘contact police’ article completely dropped off due to that defamation and that it was up to her if she still wanted to come with the band to get the music footage and forge on anyway. This time keeping a tight hold on the camera so no-one could delete the footage.
Incidentally, you’ll be a little bit taken aback when you hear how good David’s music is. Especially songs like ‘a better ever after’. His music is already of an internationally high standard, proven by his invitation to U.S. music festivals because of it. It makes sense that if he keeps playing to more people, his following will be in the millions. It’s catchy and adorable music. It’s all home grown and independently managed. 9 thinks it should be stopped at all cost.
So David advised the participant, Shayla, who essentially was a friend who had talked to David’s drummer on Facebook for 2 years who had already been out to Movie World with the band socially and helped to promote from her home office that October island-hopping group was whittled down but as the trip was already organized, she could either come along as well or not. Up to her.
Her response was “Silly people” and “We still leaving yours at 7(am)?”

💀 October 16th 2015, 7pm • 9 article is sent to participant Shayla at 7pm the first day on island after she posted publicly that she was having a great time and facetiming with her mother all through the day with her mother who admitted she was jealous stuck at home going to work. Shayla is sent the ‘contact police’ article during the trip, lies, betrays her friends and accepts money to lie in a new article to sabotage the island hopping project. The fake articles came out in mid November.
The new article claims she had never met the band before (Conflicts with Movie World footage and Shayla deleted the 2 year facebook chat history which is a crime to do that if the material might reasonably become evidence in a court case) and claims that she was never told that the ‘silly people’ had dropped away, even though she also admits to sending the text above that confirms she was. She’s a liar. A really bad one.
That story was syndicated into 3 newspaper articles shown around the world. Again ending the new articles with “if you hear from him, contact police.” even though there was nothing to report. And this time the band kept a video log of the trip to protect themselves from any liars.
Channel 9 copied this from David Otto.
Take a look at the Facebook/whitsundaymusicfestivalisland page from 2015 which 9 called ‘(everything he does is) just a scam to get money’ They don’t mind competition, but let’s get this out in the open so we call a penalty a penalty and a goal a goal.
And a theft a theft.
After the first ‘contact police’ article was still up and now 3 new ‘contact police’ articles were published, police harassment increased. Being pulled over and drugged tested negative became a weekly occurrence. Corrupt police now saw a target. Imagine this for your children just for working in the field they studied at university for all at the hands of channel 9.
Reputation is everything. The band now even lost access to all the public resorts and venues they planned to use for events. Not because of the articles at first, but because Shayla kept in regular contact with the band after the ‘harrowing ordeal’ and admitted to calling the resorts up and getting them banned from travelling to stay at the resort they went to so she could still go , then she rang them up and bragged about what she’d done. She wanted to stay in those places herself without the band being able to go there. What kind of person do these articles turn people into? The articles make them think they’ll get away with anything which misguides the viewer into breaking the law. The law is now keeping a track of that though.
Here’s what’s interesting. After Monique deleted all the footage from the island the band became more careful about creating and protecting their own footage. It’s amazing what it captures when someone who is having a great time gets their poor brain strangled, thrashed and punched into a delusional paranoid fit by one of 9’s articles. Their articles are poison with a ‘free candy’ sign.
The same girl who after 2 years of friendship and 2 great days out, betrays her friends runs to the papers only and directly after seeing the ‘contact police’ 9 article, a link to which was posted under her ‘having a great time’ post on the island-hopping facebook page around 7pm, right before she only then separated off and started acting weird.
She claims firmly in the fake article and later under oath that she was never told the other ‘silly people’ had dropped off but does admit she got that text.
She later added that she ‘thought her drink was spiked’ but she firmly decided not to take a sample or have a blood test, we’re supposed to just believe her (police didn’t) this same person also said in a later article and in court documents that there was only one bed in the room and that she was railroaded into sleeping in the same bed.
Here’s the problem for her because of what Monique did at the island the previous month..
Since the band was more careful now to film everything and protect the footage, the video of the group entering the room they all stayed in shows three completely separate beds – so she knew she was lying under oath to help channel 9’s campaign against David’s music supporters when she said that – after swearing on the bible.
Right after she ‘thought her drink was spiked’ she was also posting sexualized photos of herself topless on Facebook with strawberry stickers just covering her nipples, again right after she left. As always with liars, the photo and video trail tell a very different story to their words.
Does 9 think they’re the only ones with a camera or something?
Most disturbingly, Shayla claimed on the night that she had to leave with the coast guard because her mother suddenly had cancer. Her mother did not have cancer. Shayla continued to work with and lie for 9 over the next 3 years and right before Shayla was gearing up to have her hair done and lie in court the next year, Shayla’s mother contracted cancer and actually died 3 months later. Girls who get affected by 9’s material end up killing their family.
Here’s an even stronger example..
A girl named Britney began good drug free habits learning to play guitar for the band in 2015. She then saw the 9 material and said she couldn’t be in the band any more only and because of what she saw in the 9 articles. She quit and disassociated. She got back into drugs and ended up murdering her grandfather for money to buy drugs, never got any money and is now serving a 25 year prison sentence in Adelaide. But 9 got more content for another article right?
David’s drummer used to use illicit drugs before she met him but has stayed clean for 10 years because of the sense of purpose and positive self-image playing David’s music gives her and the excitement of looking forward to the next gig keeps her spirits up. Even while 9 acts viciously to sabotage each show she prepares for while screaming diabolically that they keep women safe. They don’t. Channel 9 started and controls Australia’s largest porn peddling outlet: picture and people magazine. The people that paid Shayla to lie in court are porn peddlers who want you to trust them. They demand that you trust them on their website.

Found Michael who sold his business to Telstra for $185 million who began advising needed pr and lawyers. Investor Ariel came back on board and island property now protected by caveat to redeem the project for a planned January event.
💀 November 13th 2015 • Next day ‘Shayla’ article suddenly hit newspapers all over the world claiming she was ‘tricked into going on her own’, had ‘never met them before’ and was ‘ told everyone else had dropped off’ which she knew was false when it was said in the papers and under oath in court later on.
No-one should have to put up with all this.
It’s crossed into repeated targeted financial terrorism at this point.
Monique was then back up at the island enjoying it for free then went down to Sydney to lie in court about the person who introduced her to the place. If you ever go to hire Monique or Shayla you should know all this about them first.
7 😊🏝️🎸 March 2016 • After having nowhere else to play, the band changed its name and managed to book unpaid gigs under the new name Secret Love. They just wanted to play music. That’s why they organize concerts. They’re a band.
💀 March 2016 • 9 articles and newspaper articles remain online for public to see. All the band’s local gigs to play music from David’s albums get cancelled by each venue manager only and after recognizing them from the articles and in some cases even after already having had them perform at their venue in previous weeks with another booking on the calendar.
Even winning a defamation suit has no legal force to pull the articles down. Hence this appeal for public support. Inevitably after getting recognized in the local music scene the band couldn’t even book to play for free any more. Their gigging now ground to a halt through being recognized from now 4 fake articles falsely claiming serious crimes.
Then David’s landlord sent him a highly illegal text message saying she was ending his lease only after and because of recognizing him from the 4 fake articles. She proceeded with the unlawful eviction and kicked him out with no-one else who would rent to him. The articles had directly administered homelessness and hardship when the band had a private island and $20,000 a month 8 weeks earlier.
8 😊🏝️🎸 April 2016 • They got up on their feet and tried one more time to organize a tour to save for a band house, somewhere a landlord could no longer kick the band out of.
They got some tickets sold to the first show of the tour! It might work!
💀 April 2016 • At that first performance support bands who were playing alongside David were directly sent the bogus ‘call police’ articles and quit the tour.
That seemed like it. It seemed like the same thing might happen if they began promoting the second date of the tour so it was back after the gig to gather up the pets and find a homeless shelter.
