đđď¸đ¸ April 2016 ⢠âFrom aboveâ the band got the good fortune of an inheritance from Davidâs Mother who had died 8 years earlier, just enough to be able to buy land and build a small home on it. Luck had turned up. 9 couldnât take this one because it was already paid for.
Davidâs violent drug-abusing brother and his wife have been suspected by many to have killed Davidâs mother and to profit from it, had rented her house out illegally while it was still in her name and kept all the money from rent throughout the previous 8 years. After requesting they stop doing that David was met with death threats from his brother who then proceeded to steal guitars and studio computers from the musician. His brother is reported to have called this theft âcollateralâ to keep him quiet and while there is evidence of the theft so far the courts have only been able to apply a protection order that states his brother âmust remain at 100 yardsâ.
The executor from Germany, who was getting kickbacks from the renting of Davidâs motherâs property, while also making death threats himself, finally decided to do the right thing. It seems real criminals donât end up on ACA.
Even though they still had his guitars and studio equipment, he had finally escaped the clutches of these white collar criminals in his family with what was rightfully his.
With this money he bought land where he could build a âmini resort’ section by section in his motherâs honor and 10x the money she gifted him in her passing by selling entry to weekend stays and concert streaming.
A Renaissance man David had drafted an extremely detailed design for the 22 acre island to stream concerts and light entertainment from. From this inspiration, he drafted a âmini island’ design, a 1 acre practise of the 22 acre island he intended to reacquire. The exquisite design included an event stage, pools, cabins and places to eat. Just like the sheet music of his lyrics and various instrument parts he would draft before going into his studio to record his albums, the property was designed right down to the finest detail to then work from. He then had earthmoving, electrical, plumbing and certification consultants look at and quote on the design to make sure it all worked. He would build what he could and contractors would complete the main structures. An awe-inspiring quality other worldly space to compliment the experience of his music performances. People loved being there even while it was under construction. People loved being there to be part of its construction.
Through glamping or cabin stays 20 visitors per weekend (or even just a day out for the afternoon at a cheaper rate) paying $200 to stay and enjoy the music and the view â along with others paying to stream in online started generating 40 attendees x $200 = $8,000 per weekend or $400,000 a year. The whole design, where you helped the contractors and did most of the work yourself to keep the costs down, was only a few hundred thousand to build out the whole development section by section. Online streamers happily paid $50 to stream in with a virtually unlimited market around the world to connect that way.

The band even managed to book helpers on the basis of the design and the progress they had already made. Kathleen loved the design and working on it with the band. She felt so free she walked around in her underwear offering vodka shots to everyone so they could all âcelebrateâ posting about the great new life sheâd started at the property and couldnât wait for fans to come visit.
đ December 2016 ⢠Police officers affected by the 9 material appeared at the property, pulled the girl aside and played her an offline copy of the âcontact policeâ article to startle her even though she was having a great time.
She started acting weird all of a sudden after many days and videos, photos and posts of the great time she was having, then after she was shown the 9 material she got âShayla eyesâ and all of a sudden started repeating lines from the article and left hours later to go and live with and sell drugs for her Uncle in Adelaide. Police didnât look into or do anything about that or the sex-for-favours she was engaging in online through the âlocantoâ website beforehand that she admitted in court. Real con-women donât end up on ACA.
Like so many, she had gotten herself out of a dangerous scene by joining the band. But channel 9 used police to pull Kathleen back down out of it into a criminal life again.
It’s likely many reading this had the same thing done to them by channel 9 because their actual experience was completely opposite to what the articles say. Everyoneâs is.
đđď¸đ¸ December 2016 ⢠While building the place out, the band booked a show just a block away at the local hotel. A ticketed event to raise money to build out the property faster.
They gave a copy of Davidâs âDavid Ottoâ and âOrange Hibiscus’ CDs to the venue manager to hear the music and he immediately booked the group for February and they made posters and started promoting the date to play music from the albums.
đ January 2017 ⢠A month before the show, mid promotion, the outback country venue manager cancelled the show explaining he was sorry but he just couldnât be associated as patrons had recognized the band from the posters.
He apologized but detailed that they were getting angry and affected by the fake articles. He was a smart guy, liked playing Davidâs music in the bar through the day and explained that even though he knew the media material was a fake because he knew us as friends, he knew it was affecting other people so he couldnât risk the effect on his business.
Oh well.
đđď¸đ¸ March 2017 ⢠But that didnât have to matter in the end, the property that started as bare land was ready with a stage area, toilet, running water, 2 cabins firepit, bbq area, mini bar for BYO and even a 10 meter wide indoor stage area with smoke and lazers as a contingency plan for guests if it rained.
They could now just play gigs at the band house without anyoneâs permission.
đ June 2017 ⢠9 uses fraud, threats and predatory bankruptcy to physically take the band house.
9 then made a one creditor petition to take over Davidâs house even though he was very solvent at the time because of the inheritance and income from test visits and online classes.
Because the defamation case was getting serious for channel 9 because there was so much evidence 9 had lied and knowingly lied out of malice channel 9, long before the defamation case proceeded to take his house by lying to the court about his financial position, then after they started that process sent him letter after letter that they would cease the process of taking his house and his ability to travel and make money â if he quit the defamation case against them and let them off the hook. Itâs completely illegal to do this. Itâs called extortion and carries a sentence of 14 years in prison under normal circumstances, but in the case where the offender is causing significant economic loss to occur, life imprisonment for whoever authored and sanctioned the letters. Conspiracy to commit extortion for whoever gave the order.
It was a sucker deal anyway and they knew it. All it did was get 9 off the hook. Even if he could take it, David would still be left with a bill from his own lawyers for stopping after theyâd already put work in and theyâd take the house anyway. They knew that.
This huge mess was all caused by 9 trying to stop him being able to make money. Now they were getting blood on their hands. They had to grow up, fess up and fix it up because people were now watching and David was reporting their behaviour on Facebook regularly on the DOv9 page. Channel 9 doesnât like that page. One of the reporters admitted it.
9 would have proceeded to the bankruptcy anyway. The point of it was to manually constraint the income of a musician because his offering is too good to stop it just through bad pr.
It wasnât enough to do national pr smears, anyone who hadnât seen them and experienced his service still wanted to sign on. So they used lies in the court to say that he had no assets or loans possible so he was not in a position to pay the $4k debt they had created (they made it so he had to pay money to them after they ruined his life) but in fact he had a paid off property and $30,000 loan approved at the time 9 listed him as bankrupt. Itâs a fraud. The bankruptcy was a fraud and a weapon of income and travel constriction. Whatâs interesting is not only was he very very solvent at the time they forced that predicament into his finances and freedom, he even put in the paperwork for it to be released within 3 years but the paperwork was rejected twice to enable channel 9 to keep the musicians finances, ability to make money or travel constricted for the rest of his life.
A lawyer costs $5,000 to fix it up and if David makes that money without public support, 9 will take it before he can get the lawyer to release him from what is a serious human rights violation.
9 aggressively blocked the $30,000 cash loan so that he couldnât release himself out of the small made up debt that they had put into his name to then apply to take his house over to threaten him out of protecting himself from them. Whoever planned and ran all this committed multiple crimes.
This is why we need your support, petition and Album sales out in the open so that 9 is watched by the mass so they canât do any shady dealing out of spite anymore. Itâs that simple. Itâs that easy. Safety in numbers.
Back to the story..
9 lied in court to take control of Davidâs house and took his mini island – the only place he could perform because no venue in Australia would book the band after seeing the articles.
But this time was different..
This time 9 had to get their own hands dirty because the land was already paid for outright so there was no loan to suffocate the income for. It should have continued to be a place to perform at that 9 couldnât deny him.
9 didnât sell the property like a normal bankruptcy though. It was too useful as a mechanism of manipulation and threats over him. Or so they thought..
They used the opportunity they made it so that he had nowhere else to go. 9 then worked with council to impose a control that if more than 2 people were at the property he would get a $15,000 fine, even while his neighbourâs on the same permit freely had family over every weekend with no fine on their permit. The council assured him that if he had family over or even if he had a child the fine would be imposed and he would be kicked off the property. (We have this on audio recording).
If there werenât a series of direct human rights violations against him yet, this was the first one.
With many to come.
The councilman was sure to add into his comments that there was to be no music performances of any kind at the property, even though it was out in the country, houses were 200 yards apart and various neighbours had bands, parties, noisy trail bike meets and cosplay camping weekends frequently.
Police turned up to the band house regularly to enforce that there were no friends or family at the property. It had become a house arrest.
He still resided at the band house not having anywhere else to go, 9 still had control of it but he had to maintain it and they could sell it at any time and they often threatened to but didnât.
You know media are bad, but youâve never heard of this before.
In 2021, channel 9 still has complete control of David’s house, finances and ability to travel every day almost 4 years later and regularly uses that control to threaten him into doing things they want, constraining his income and enforcing the travel ban they schlentered the court into so that he cannot work on his career in any other country either, which is an unending violation of the human rights act.
The financial and travel ban was a fraud and should never have been ordered. David was solvent at the time. It was a ghostly overreach into control of his personal finances and ability to travel to build a fanbase for his music, even away from 9 in a different country. That freedom is a God given right that channel 9 has persisted in denying him, after he did all the ground work learning and writing his songs and producing them into albums for sale.
We ask for your support in lifting this hideous and unlawful constraint on him by signing our petition, acting for David if you’re a good lawyer and picking up his album to help bring him to the high level of success he deserves for still pursuing the light with a strong spirit through all this darkness.
So by this point the band could not longer book a gig in a local pub along with 9 taking their private land again, the only place they could play. 9 lawyers would stalk the property and send articles to any guest who visited and would regularly send country police to visit to send guests away and lay false charges on the band members to keep them busy and to stop them improving their property.

đđď¸đ¸ November 2017 ⢠Band gets approved for loan to pay the made up debt that channel 9 created for him to intimidate him out of surviving the fake articles.
With this approval, the bankruptcy attempt would disappear and the band would get the house back.
đ November 2017 ⢠9 uses the fraudulent abuse of process federal court proceeding to block the loan approval 2 days from settlement. The lender after offering approval, admits in a letter that it is only for that reason and was otherwise approved which proved there ought never to have been any insolvency order.
The money was supposed to get rid of 9 fix the fence and finish the conversion of the shed to a house like others in the area. 9 directly blocked this process then reported that it wasnât finished. They didnât want any amount paid, they wanted long term control of what was the only place he had left to live after they took every other place. Itâs pretty psychotic when you think about it.
Proves he was cash solvent at the time 9 got their insolvency order over him.
But they didnât want him out of the house, they wanted the house on a string for when he began protecting himself from the death threats and income loss caused by their made up articles. Have a read of the human rights declaration to see how many of the paragraphs this behaviour violates.
đđď¸đ¸ December 2017 ⢠Band gets up on its feet and organises an event in the city at the RE where they used to play every week.
They ask and confirm with the venue manager and put up posts promoting the performance of Davidâs gorgeous music.
đ January 2018 ⢠Someone calls the venue manager at the RE hotel and impersonate a police officer to get the venue to cancel the event after it had begun being promoted saying if was another âevent that was never even intended to be put onâ
Venue breaks their agreement and cancels but this time already have tickets sold so find alt venue and start playing open mic nights to promote the ticketed gig at free open mic nights and police turn up to lay false charges and take all our computers and equipment that had the databases on it from their promotions and kept them for two weeks in the lead up to the event then gave them back right before. We still performed the event with the 4 of 40 we were supposed to have which included something very special we do which is where a fan brings along a poem theyâve written and David creates a song out if it on the fly. He literally performs a song no-one has ever heard before as he composes it, melody and all.
Police then steal and destroy the computer with this footage of the concert on it just before the defamation case. Police officers did this. The item is on the pink property receipt the lawyers had to pry out of the police officer’s hands. They wouldnât issue one at first. By law they have to. Never understand estimate the value of a good lawyer. Not a lawyer, a good lawyer.
The gig were starting to go ahead again. They were breaking 9âs curse.
But obviously playing locally was still to treacherous and the red motion of showing all the proof that 9 lied to cause all this havoc was still a year away.
đđď¸đ¸ April 2018 ⢠The band got up on their feet and through applications to festivals around the world they booked a festival overseas in Mesa, Arizona because their music is so good.
They booked one other festival in Brisbane by a fluke, but nowhere else in Australia would book them even though the organizers admitted they liked the music, but almost no-one in the US watched Australian TV so they were booked as a special guest to perform in America at a festival where staff from Sony who worked on the careers of Lenny Kravitz, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and 30 Seconds to Mars and other record labels scouted for new talent to sign.
It was a place where experts gave workshops in the day and the best and brightest new US bands went to perform at night. MTV presenters and radio presenters were present and the festival had even been attended by members of the band Linkin Park in previous years. Henry Rollins was a speaker this same year David performed.
đ September 2018 ⢠In response to the bandâs breakthroughs, 9 had local police lay fake assault charges on both band members including a female drummer, then said that as a result they both had to stop trying to survive the articles and getting justice â all because of these sudden new fake charges just a few months before the defamation trial that they had ânothing to do withâ.
A lawyer then later reveals that channel 9 was behind these fake charges that sought life imprisonment and carried on with terror through the courts for the next 3 years. Then they were acquitted.
This demand to quit the defamation because of these dubious and probably Ben fake charges only made it look like they were behind it all.
So they had to stop the defamation case because of fake police charges laid by the same police that were turning up showing the articles to our any new bandmates?
The same ones who stole their computers and deleted concert footage before a court case where that convert footage was evidence that 9 had lied intentionally.
They organized the fake charges then tried to say the fake charges were a new reason to stop the defamation case. Like any stalker they escalated their attack.
They resorted to this because the predatory bankruptcy didnât work to stop the band protecting themselves, recovering from 9âs previous attacks and booking more shows. Good ones.
Even through that success, the band had to check into a local police station every week to sign an offender register for something they didnât do to help invent a paper trail. They would cross out the word offender before they signed the check in form and one time 3 police stormed the room asserting David would be charged with wilful damage if he didnât just sign the form and leave. This was now the tone they faced. It may have been evidence that extra incentives had been provided to police by 9 by this point.
These charges were then dropped by a higher up department because the girl and her friend who made the false report ended up admitting they made the story up because of money. They now face prison for lying to police and under oath for trying to trick a court into giving a life sentence to two innocent people.
The officer also faces criminal prosecution for continuing to terrorize two people with a case she knew was a fake. The âcontact police’ article also hurts police officers. All this harassment of hard working people is funded by regular peopleâs tax too. You and I work two extra days a week for free to fund all this. Channel 9 doesnât mind us doing that.
Anyhow, the band now has an important gig to play in the United States! But they are also restricted from travelling by channel 9 two different ways. The predatory bankruptcy travel ban and now the travel restriction imposed by the fake charges.. but a court can temporarily release them from that, as long as police donât grab and hold them for something else right before their flight leaves..
So yes, even though it was only words without any basis, police got very involved after 9 cast the spell of âcontact policeâ in their article. Sticks and stones though right?
đđď¸đ¸ September 2018 ⢠David trained a local band to take to the USA and prepaid them a deposit to secure their performance then started teaching them the 6 songs for the show.
đ October 2018 ⢠9 articles eventually found their way into their inbox and except for one, each other member quit, became uncontactable and kept the money they were paid even though they didnât play the show. They didnât even try to keep to their promise. Real conmen donât end up on ACA I guess.

đđď¸đ¸ October 2018 ⢠Fortunately the band had started planning ahead for the November USA trip and had started training band members already in the US via video chat as a back up plan to play the Show in Arizona.
They were excited and ready to go, they just had one more court date created for them right the day before they left that they had to turn up to and be around the tainted police officers who had abused them, or else they would be arrested.
Note: Fortunately, this does not reflect the behavior of the majority of police in the world, just the ones the band was forced to deal with. These are just the facts.
đ October 2018 ⢠Police demanded the band in court on the fake charges the day before they left for America.
Police interfered with bail variation application to give them permission to leave, over charges that should never have been laid.
Police laid even more fake charges on the day to try to hold the band in Australia, but they knew their rights and got the assistance of the city police station on the way who identified the other officerâs behavior and series if fake charges as âclearly a vendettaâ that âthey were going to get in the sh*t for.â We quote.
None of it worked the judge granted the bail variation and we went to play in America as the only special guest from Australia at an emerging artist festival. 9 was yet to apply the travel ban at the boarding gate but a reasonable request to travel was made to them.
They needed permission from the people who tried to put them in prison for playing music to be able to go to a once in a lifetime opportunity in America to play music.
